COVID-19 Statement

At Logic Fire and Security, the wellbeing, health and safety of our employees and customers is our highest priority.

We are very aware and understand the concern around COVID-19 and want to assure you that as a company we are monitoring the developing situation closely and are currently following the advice issued by both the NHS and the government guidelines.

Hand sanitisers have been installed in the head office and we instructed anyone who does feel unwell to stay off work and self-isolate until it can be established if they have contracted the virus.

Engineers have been issued sanitising products and instruction that should they feel unwell or have Flu type symptoms they are to stay at home until they can be diagnosed.

The Senior Management Team is currently working on a robust plan should a nationwide lockdown be enforced which will allow employees to work from home where appropriate, this plan will also cover unprecedented levels of sickness throughout the business.

Additionally, we have already taken steps to ensure that engineers have access to a suitable level of spare parts both on their vehicle stock and in our stockrooms at head office.

Please note that should a UK lockdown be put in place emergency call outs will take prescience over maintenance works.

Logic will continue with its weekly risk meetings to monitor the impact on the business and will update all relevant parties as required.
