This update is part of our commitment to making it easier and more cost‑effective for you to reach us. The new 0800 number is free to call, whether you’re contacting us from a landline or mobile.
To reassure you, our existing 0845 number will continue to work, and you can still reach us through all regional numbers as usual. Nothing changes in terms of access, we’re simply adding a freephone option.
You may also notice that when we call you, our outgoing number will now display as 0800 8445 999 instead of the previous 0845 number.
